    Dr. Lisa Warren, DO ¿01, MBA, is a distinguished pediatrician, an advocate for wellness and health promotion, and an esteemed academic leader. Currently serving as the Dean of Western University of Health Sciences¿ College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) and COMP Northwest, her career embodies a commitment to excellence in medical education and health care leadership. Dr. Warren embarked on her medical journey at SWAGÊÓƵ COMP, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2001. Her passion for pediatric care led her to complete her residency at Baylor Scott and White/Texas A&M in 2004, where she honed her skills as a compassionate health care provider. Recognizing the importance of a holistic understanding of health care, Dr. Warren pursued further education, earning her Health Care Executive MBA from the University of California, Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business in 2019. This unique combination of medical expertise and business acumen positions her as a dynamic leader capable of navigating the complexities of modern health care systems. Dr. Warren's impact extends beyond clinical practice into academia. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership as an academician, receiving numerous awards for her teaching and compassionate care, including the prestigious Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism Award. Her commitment to shaping the next generation of health care professionals is evident in her involvement in regional and national committees through the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Warren¿s leadership was evident through her successes as the founder of SWAGÊÓƵ COMP¿s Office of Career and Professional Development. She and her team provided invaluable resources and mentorship for COMP¿s osteopathic medical students¿ placement into residency programs. She also had significant success as Assistant Dean of GME and Designated Institutional Official of OPTI West Graduate Medical Education, transforming the sponsoring institution and its respective programs into a successful and thriving consortium. Dr. Lisa Warren lives in Southern California and enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, listening to live music, spending time in nature, exercising, and teaching yoga.
