    Authored or updated 70 physical therapy related medical papers based on the latest research for the Cinahl Rehabilitation Reference Center database. Created continuing education content for physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. Applied for state level certification for Cinahl continuing education courses in 12 states.

    The relationship between plantar fasciitis and tibialis anterior strength. A completed cross-sectional study that compared tibialis anterior strength between 20 healthy participants with 20 individuals with unilateral plantar fasciitis. The purpose was to study a potentially overlooked biomechanical cause for plantar fasciitis. As primany investigator, the manuscript is in queue to be completed.

    Plantar fasciitis can lead to diminished single-leg balance performance. A completed cross-sectional study that compared balance markers between healthy participants and individuals with unilateral plantar fasciitis. The study has implications for future treatment considerations in those with plantar fasciitis. It also highlights a fall risk concern in the older population who are also at a higher risk for plantar fasciitis. As primary investigator, the manuscript is in queue to be completed.
