SWAG视频 students lead Disabilities workshops to middle and high school students during Pomona Health Career Ladder and American Indian Health Career Ladder Saturday, January 19, 2019. Workshops included how disabilities awareness, communication disorder awareness, blindness awareness, counting medications, autism awareness, hearing impairments, physical disabilities, physical therapy assistive devices, sign language, nursing and disabilities, traumatic brain injury, stroke, cardiac abnormalities and dental care, among many others. Fourth-year College of Dental Medicine students Ian Prins present to parents about dental disabilities.

Community ENGAGEMENT

Our students begin to practice with the humanistic approach long before entering their desired field. With an education based in the humanistic approach, our students learn to give back to our community.
