Description: The Communication training module for clinical preceptors is to advance your knowledge and facility in providing effective feedback to students in the clinical setting. Most clinicians already give feedback to students or trainees. This module offers some suggestions on how you can improve the feedback you give so that you are better able to help motivate and develop students’ clinical knowledge, skills and behaviors.
Note there are two parts to this training module. Part 1 is 18 minutes long. Part 2 is 14 minutes long. There is a quiz with a certificate of completion available.
