Current Student Resources

SWAGÊÓƵ students have access to a wide array of resources from professional and career help and development resources, mental health services, events and symposiums – we are committed to helping you succeed.
SWAGÊÓƵPomona Community Health Action Team (PCHAT) provided free health screenings at the Boys and Girls Club of Pomona Monday Oct. 17, 2011. More than 30 Physician Assistant students and COMP stduents worked toegther with faculty to provide the free service.

SWAGÊÓƵ provides graduate students with opportunities to learn in state-of-the-art facilities that implement the latest technologies to improve patient care.     LEARNING ENHANCEMENT & ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT (LEAD)

    LEAD offers academic counseling, tutoring, a Summer readiness course, wellbeing & meditation practice, and workshops.

  • Third-year College of Dental Medicine student Chelsea Director upacks a needle. College of Graduate Nursing Professor and Associate Dean of Administration and Research Rodney Hicks, PhD, teaches a safe injections techniques workshop to College of Optometry and College of Dental Medicine students Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Following the workshop, the students administered vaccine shots for the first time at SWAGÊÓƵ Health Vaccine Clinic.

    Safety and Wellness

    We take the safety of our students very seriously at SWAGÊÓƵ. All students are encouraged to follow the University’s safety guidelines and use services provided on campus, such as mental health support, wellness initiatives, and escorts to your vehicle.
