Electronic payments can be made through CASHNet鈥檚 secure online system using:

1. ACH (e-check)

Make an electronic payment via secure connection. Please be sure to use a checking or savings account. NOTE: If you do not have checks with your account, please contact your bank to obtain the correct ACH account information to use when making online payments.

2. Foreign Currency (International Wire Transfer)

Western University of Health Sciences is now working with Western Union Business Solutions to provide students an alternative method of paying their student bills. This payment option allows payments to be made in the currency of choice and provides an easy and reliable way of initiating payments electronically.

1. In Person

The Bursar鈥檚 Office accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Money Orders
• Cashier鈥檚 Check
• Personal Checks (make payable to Western University of Health Sciences). Please include student鈥檚 name and student ID# on the memo line at the bottom of the check.

2. Mail

Send a check or money order made payable to 鈥淲estern University of Health Sciences鈥� to:

How to Initiate a Foreign Currency Payment

1. Log into Self-Service using your student ID and PIN
2. Select Student Services Menu
3. Select View/Pay Student Account
4. Select Pay
5. Select Checkout
6. Select Foreign Currency
7. Process Your Payment Locally
