The Office of University Events orchestrates large-scale, marquee events, as well as events for key partners such as the Office of the President, Board of Trustees, Division of External Affairs, Alumni Relations, and University Development. With team members located on both campuses, we provide timely, effective, and relevant support to all our clients and stakeholders.

We take great pride in upholding the presidential standard of hospitality and core value of humanism across the entire university. Our primary role is to establish and maintain a centralized standard of excellence, quality, and protocol for all events and engagements, ensuring a consistent, high-level experience throughout the institution.

We offer services ranging from providing seasoned event managers, to offering guidance on program structure and flow. We ensure every event aligns with the university’s values and strategic goals while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
